On-Site Wet Blasting

Dustless blasting mixes water with the abrasive as it's sprayed. The water weighs the abrasive down and greatly reduces the airborne dust a dry blast throws up, which is why it suits homes, neighborhoods and occupied sites where you can't have a cloud of dust blowing over the house or the next-door yard. It's a mobile service — we bring the rig to your home, business, job site or yard, so it's the right call for large items and surfaces that can't come to the shop: brick walls, pool decks and tile, driveways, fences, boats and trailers. Call us for a quote — same-day quotes may be available.

Why This Matters Here

Many homes around The Woodlands and North Houston are brick, built from the 1970s on, and a lot of them were painted or have paint splatter and graffiti that owners want gone. Backyard pools are common, and hard water leaves calcium scale on the tile that no brush will touch. The humid air and storm season grow mildew and grime on driveways, fences and pool decks, and the pine forest drops sap and pollen onto outdoor surfaces. Neighborhoods here are close together, so a dry blast that throws dust over the fence isn't an option — wet blasting keeps the dust down so we can work next to the house and the neighbors.

Practical care helps after we're done: keep sprinklers off fresh brick and wood so they don't stain again, re-seal a cleaned driveway to slow new stains, and stay on top of pool tile so the calcium doesn't build back up. General guidance only — we'll tailor it to your surface.

Is this the right fit? The right method is decided after we see the surface. Softer surfaces like brick, wood and pool tile need the right media and pressure, and some items — thin metal, plastic, glass or rubber — may not suit wet blasting. Paint on homes, brick or metal from before 1978 may contain lead and may need to be tested and handled under the rules that apply; we never blast lead paint without precautions. Send photos and we'll tell you straight.

Brick Paint Removal

Dustless blasting strips paint off brick walls and brick homes without the dust cloud of dry blasting. We tune the abrasive and pressure to the brick and mortar so the paint comes off and the brick face and mortar joints stay intact. It's the right call for painted brick, paint splatter, and old coatings on masonry. We test a small spot first and keep the pressure low on older, softer brick.

Graffiti Removal

Graffiti on concrete, brick and masonry walls comes off with wet blasting tuned to the surface. The water keeps the dust down so we can work on walls in neighborhoods and around businesses without coating everything nearby. We match the media to the wall so the paint comes off and the surface underneath isn't damaged.

Pool Sandblasting & Pool Tile Calcium Removal

Before a pool is resurfaced, the old surface has to come off clean — we blast it prep-ready. For pool tile, hard-water calcium scale builds up on the tile line and no brush removes it; we blast it off without damaging the tile. We usually need the water lowered below the tile line, and for full tile work the pool drained. We need access around the pool and a water source where needed; we'll tell you exactly what to do before we arrive.

What's Needed On-Site

Mobile blasting comes to you, so we need a few things: access to the work area, a water source where the job needs one (we carry water but a tap helps for larger jobs), and a drained or lowered pool for pool work. For brick and wall work we protect nearby plants and surfaces. We'll walk you through what we need when you book.

What Dustless & Mobile Blasting Costs

What drives the cost? The size of the area, how much paint, coating or scale has to come off, the surface, access, a water source, and travel distance to your site. We give you a real number after we see the job.

Dustless & Mobile Blasting FAQs

Is dustless blasting really dust-free?

No, not completely. Dustless blasting mixes water with the abrasive, which greatly reduces the airborne dust a dry blast throws up — that's why it suits homes, neighborhoods and occupied sites. It's not zero dust; a small amount of damp residue still falls near the work. We contain and clean up as we go. If a job needs true dry blasting we'll tell you, and we'll tell you when wet blasting is the better call.

Can you remove paint from brick without damaging it?

Yes, when it's done with the right media and pressure. Wet dustless blasting uses water and a fine abrasive tuned to the brick and mortar so the paint comes off without eating the brick face or gouging the mortar joints. We dial it to your brick, test a small spot, and keep the pressure low. Older, soft brick needs extra care — we'll tell you what we see before we start.

Do you need to drain the pool for tile calcium removal?

Usually yes — we lower the water below the tile line, and for full tile work we drain the pool so we can blast the tile clean and dry. Pool tile calcium removal blasts the hard-water scale off the tile without damaging it. We need access around the pool and a drained or lowered water level for tile work; we'll tell you exactly what to do before we arrive.
