How much does powder coating cost?
There's no flat price because every job is different. Cost depends on the size and number of parts, how much old coating and rust have to come off, the surface or substrate, the finish and number of coats, the color you choose, any masking, and repairs. We give you a real number after we see the job. You can use our powder coating cost calculator to see how the main factors move the price.
What colors and finishes can I choose?
Most colors are available in gloss, satin, matte, textured, metallic, candy and clear finishes. Two-stage finishes (a base plus a clear or color coat) give candy, metallic and chrome-look effects their depth. We can color-match to many standards for custom and commercial work. Tell us the look you want and we'll find the powder.
How long does a powder coating job take?
Most jobs take a few business days, but the real turnaround depends on the part, the condition, the finish and our schedule. Heavy rust and old coatings add prep time, and two-stage finishes add a cure cycle. We'll give you a real timeframe with your quote.
Do you pick up and deliver?
We arrange drop-off, pick-up or delivery when the job is booked — we don't publish a street address or give driving directions. For larger items and batches, ask us about delivery when you call.
What areas do you serve?
We serve The Woodlands and North Houston — Spring, Kingwood, Conroe, Cypress, Humble, Tomball, Magnolia, Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North. The Woodlands is our home market.
Do you come to my home or job site?
Yes for blasting. Dustless and mobile blasting is done on-site at your home, business, job site or yard. Powder coating itself is cured in an oven, so the coating is done in the shop; blasting and prep can happen on-site.
How do I get a quote?
Call us, or send a request through the quote form with your town, the service, and a short description of the item or surface, its size and the finish you want. Photos help — mention if you can text some. Send your 2 best days and times and a real person will call to confirm.
